In diesem Jahr gibt's bei der METALFEST Open Air Reihe ein Dreierpack "Schön, hart, gewaltig":

So eröffnen Ji-In & Co. die krypterianische Festivalsaison 2012 mit Auftritten beim Metalfest Germany / East (Dessau), Metalfest Austria (Mining am Inn) und dem Metalfest Germany / West (Loreley).

"Das werden drei ganz heiße Kisten. Und da der musikalische Dresscode beim Metalfest 'Bis-an-die-Zähne-bewaffnet' vorsieht, werden wir uns entsprechend präsentieren. Piano und Akustikgitarren packen wir gar nicht erst ein", verspricht Drummer Kusch.

Ebenfalls am Start: Megadeth, Kyuss Lives!, Blind Guardian, In Extremo, W.A.S.P., Edguy, Kreator, Moonspell, Grand Magus, Fear Factory, Ensiferum, Dark Tranquillity, Saltatio Mortis, Legion of the damned und viele weitere Acts der extrakernigen Gangart.

An welchen Tagen und Zeiten Ji-In und ihre Mannen genau auf der Bühne stehen werden, wird demnächst von den Metalfestlern bekanntgegeben; wie üblich werden wir Euch ruckizucki updaten.

Also, Anfang Juni die Festivalstiefel schnüren und ab zu den Metalfest Open Airs 2012 mit Krypteria.

KRYPTERIA to perform thrice during this year's METALFEST open air series.

Ji-In & Co. will be at Metalfest Germany / East (Dessau, May 31 - June 02), Metalfest Austria (Mining am Inn, May 31 - June 02) and Metalfest Germany / West (Loreley, June 07 - June 09) to kick off this year's festival season.

According to Krypteria drummer Kusch there will be "no ballads, no sugar. We'll pack a serious punch and deliver the metallic goods!"

Also appearing: Megadeth, Kyuss Lives!, Blind Guardian, In Extremo, W.A.S.P., Edguy, Kreator, Moonspell, Grand Magus, Fear Factory, Ensiferum, Dark Tranquillity, Saltatio Mortis, Legion of the damned and many more acts of the grind-it-out variety.

The exact dates and showtimes of our performances have yet to be determined by the Metalfest folks; as usual we will update you asap.
